For many parents back-to-school extends far beyond early morning carpools and homework assignments. Back-to-school, in some cases, means back-to-karate, -football, -band, -cheer, -golf … you get the picture. All of the busyness places moms in a dilemma: how do I feed my family on the go without breaking my wallet while giving them healthy meals?

According to Sheila Gregoire, I do a lot of things in my bedroom that I shouldn’t do. I fold laundry, work, and use it for storage. My husband has no problem with me working in the bedroom from time to time because I tend to write at night after we put the kids to bed.
