2 years ago, I restarted my journey of transformation. This time I surrendered the HOW to God and allowed Him to guide me. I used my faith AND work to change my mindset towards food and exercise.
I experienced a physical transformation and lost 107.6 lbs! But I also experienced a spiritual, mental and emotional transformation. I’ve learned and am still learning that I’m stronger than I think.
With God ALL things are possible. I CAN do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me! I am still being transformed from the inside-out. As long as I’m breathing, I am changing into the image that God created me to be. God’s not finished with me yet! And God’s not finished with you yet, either! The same God that is transforming me, will do the same for you.
