I was sent several sets of Hot Jewels Metallic Tattoos to review, please read my disclosure statement here. I even have a set to giveaway! Yay!
At first I was a little hesitant about using the product. I mean, I’m well into my thirties with no permanent tattoos. I didn’t want to look like I was trying too hard to look young. So I did a little research and decided how I would proceed.
I chose to use the tattoos like jewelry. I tend to wear rings and bracelets ….
… and I thought about it … why not place this somewhere I would have a tattoo if I liked permanent tattoos…
Let’s just say, I love the way these look on my skin. The tattoos were as easy to apply as tattoos for kids. I spend quite a bit of time with my hands in soapy water—you know I am a mom and wife with lots of cleaning to do—so the tattoos didn’t last more than 24 hours. This is not a bad thing because I would only use them for date nights and outings, not on days where I’m scheduled to sped most of my time cleaning. They are a great fashion accessory!
Would I purchase these myself? Yes. I felt like a little girl and a diva all at once. I’ll be using these quite often over the next few months.
