“Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.” – Psalms 31:24

Ps 31 v 24

Lesson

If your hope is in an all knowing, all seeing God, who is the creator of the universe then you should have the faith to be strong and courageous.

If you know anything about the human body, we get our strength from our muscles. For muscles to grow we must not only get good nourishment but we must exercise. With practice our muscles get stronger but they must be stretched, ripped, worked, and rested before they are of any use. Know that the process, the pain, yields the reward.

Be strong enough to keep going not because of you but because of God who lives in you.
